1. Cut off material.

Cutting, also known as "blanking", is the first and key process of aluminum alloy doors and windows manufacturing. Cutting equipment is mainly used for cutting materials. The length of materials shall be determined according to the design requirements and refer to the detailed construction drawing of doors and windows, which requires accurate cutting; otherwise, the squareness of doors and windows cannot be guaranteed, and the size error value of cutting materials shall be controlled within 2mm. Generally speaking, the materials for sliding doors and windows should be cut at a right angle; the materials for flat doors and windows should be cut at a 45 ° angle; other types should be cut according to the assembly method.

2. Drilling

The frame and fan assembly of aluminum alloy doors and windows are generally connected by screws, so whether it is the assembly of horizontal and vertical bars or the fixing of accessories, it is necessary to drill holes at corresponding positions. For profile drilling, a small bench drill or a pistol electric drill can be used. The former can effectively ensure the accuracy of the drilling position because of the workbench, while the latter is convenient for operation.

Before drilling, snap the line on the profile according to the assembly requirements. It is required that the drilling position is accurate and the hole diameter is appropriate. It is not allowed to change the drilling repeatedly on the profile surface, because once the hole is formed, it is difficult to repair.

3. Assemble

The profile shall be connected and assembled with screws through connectors according to the construction detail drawing. There are three assembly methods of aluminum alloy doors and windows: 45 ° angle butt joint, right angle butt joint and vertical butt joint. For the connection of horizontal and vertical bars, special connectors or aluminum angles are generally used, and then screws, bolts or aluminum rivets are used to fix them. The rest is the packaging and protection.

4. Protection or packaging
